Muezzinmay die, and if the lamps are broken or themats are worn out, the scholars or the peoplewho are in charge of that place may die or the Awqaaf (charitable endowments) may cease. The same applies if the pillars are broken. If in the dream the Jaami ’ mos que is in ruins, calamitywill strike the Muslims; by the same token, if thestructure is found intact, this is indicative of good news for the person indicated, or the Muslims in general will receivegood news. Another man dreamt that the Mihraab was destroye d and hesaid to him: You used to learn Qur’an then you stopped. Another man dreamt that the dome of a mosque was snatched bya black crow.
