If hesees a mill or oven, then it will come from food that causes epidemics,sickness and high prices. If the h arm comes from enemies, they mayblock food supplies or destroy stored food and plants. If it comes froma slaughterhouse, then it will come from war and bloodshed, or thiscalamity may be caused by animals, or the calamity and epidemics maycome from meat. If it comes from toilets, then it may be a hot fever,especially if it is summer. If it comes from the sea and the like, then theepidemic may come from water or from what comes out of it. Shaykh Shihaab - ud - Deen said: If you see a millstone grinding foodstuff, and the way it is rotating is crooked, that is indicative of high food prices; awindmill signifies a dispute that is not going to last. Shaykh Shihaab - ud - Deen said: If the mill is run by animals and thedreamer dreams that it is powered by water or wind, or i ts movementchanges, this is indicative of some benefit from an unexpected quarter,because he saved the food needed for the animal to run the mill.
